The process is simple:
- SUBMIT a completed bond request form (digital, fax, email).
- RECEIVE the bond for your client’s signature, within two hours.*
- FILE the bond with the court.
If Probate Bond Pros fails to deliver your Probate/Guardianship Bond within two hours (excluding those circumstances shown below) a $25 donation will be made to a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization you choose, in the name of your firm.
*Probate and/or Guardianship Bonds with any of the following elements usually take longer than two hours to execute. Be assured, we will make every effort to deliver as soon as possible.
- Bond amount exceeds in-house authority.
- Estate consists of an ongoing business.
- The fiduciary is indebted to the state.
- Guardianship is for a minor
- Natural disaster
- Bonds received on holiday, weekend, or after 5:00 pm (EST) any weekday. Your bond(s) will be processed the next business day.
