Grace Period Policy

If qualifying documentation is dated:

• On or within 30 days prior to the renewal date → No renewal charge.
• More than 30 days prior to the renewal date → Premium will be prorated based on the discharge date, with a $100 minimum premium.

Documentation should be submitted promptly to avoid unnecessary renewal charges.
